CHEZ MOI AILLEURS ne peut être tenu responsable de retard dû au manque d’éléments ou d’informations sous la responsabilité du Client. 

Le client s'engage à prendre les livraisons dans les délais annoncés par l’avis de mise à disposition.

Ce délai expiré, le Vendeur pourra considérer que la commande est annulée et la vente unilatéralement résiliée par le client. Le transfert des risques sur les produits vendus par CHEZ MOI AILLEURS s’effectue à la remise des produits à La Poste ou à la sortie de nos locaux.
